With this Citi Bank card, they are going to reward you 2 points for every dollar you spend on everyday purchases. These everyday purchases include supermarkets, drug stores, gas stations, transportation and parking. For everything outside of these categories, you're going to get 1 point per dollar, which is about the industry average.

When it comes to the application, you're going to have 2 options. You're going to have the "elite level", which will give you these 2 points per every dollar on the categories mentioned above and the regular card that will only give you 1 point per every dollar.
